For companies, AIESEC through its Global Source Programme (GSP) offers businesses in the United Kingdom access to accomplished international graduate talent. The programme takes only the best candidates from top-class universities around the world. These candidates are vetted through a stringent process that assesses their skills and experience. Working in tandem with business communities in the UK, we then organise placements of between two and eighteen months for the most qualified candidates.
